On March 3, 2021, dine-in movie theater chain Alamo Drafthouse Holdings, LLC of Austin, TX filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 21-10474), along with several affiliates. The company reports $100 to $500 million in both assets and liabilities.
