On March 10, 2021, SC SJ Holdings LLC, the owner and former lessee of an 805-room hotel located in downtown San Jose, California, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 21-10549).  The Debtor reports $100 to $500 million in assets and liabilities.
