On March 8, 2021, Knotel Canada, Inc. and several affiliates, which provide flexible workspace, filed petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 21-10540).  Knotel reports $10 to $50 million in assets and liabilities.
