On January 26, 2021, L’Occitane, a New York, NY-based national retail chain selling beauty products through its website and brick-and-mortar stores located in 36 states, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Case No. 21-10632).
