On December 27, 2020, VTES, Inc., maker of advanced transportation-systems software, filed a petition for relief under subchapter V of chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Case No. 20-12941).  The company reports $1 to $10 million in both assets and liabilities.  A link to the VTES, Inc. first day declaration can be found here.
