On December 3, 2020, Lighthouse Resources Inc. and substantially all of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, which operates thermal coal mines in and around the Powder River Basin located in Montana and Wyoming and operates ports in Washington to provide reliable energy for use in the U.S. and foreign markets, filed petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case 20-13056). The company reports $100 million to $500 million in both assets and liabilities.
