On December 28, 2020, 203 W 107th Street LLC filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Case No. 20-12960).  The company reports $1 to $10 million in assets and $100 to $500 million in liabilities.
