On November 30, 2020, Hurdl Inc., a marketing company focusing on live event data capture and personalized short message service marketing, filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Case No. 20-12768).  The company reports $100 to $500 thousand in assets and $1 to $10 million in liabilities.  A link to the Hurdl Inc.
