On October 1, 2020, The Diocese of Camden, New Jersey, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Case 20-21257).  The diocese reports $53.6 million in assets and $25.7 million in liabilities.  A link to The Diocese of Camden Chapter 11 petition can be found here and a link to the claims agent website can be found here.
