On October 26, 2020, Mexican restaurant chain Rubio’s Restaurants, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case 20-12688).   Rubio’s, along with several affiliated debtors, has a chain of nearly 200 restaurants throughout the western United States.  The company reports $50 to $100 million in assets and $100 to 500 million in liabilities.
