On October 7, 2020, Ruby Tuesday, Inc. and several of its affiliates, which develop, operate, and franchise casual dining restaurants in the United States, Guam, and five foreign countries under the Ruby Tuesday® brand, filed petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case 20-12456).
