On October 27, 2020, Las Vegas-based NS8 Inc., a fraud prevention platform combining behavioral analytics, real-time scoring, and global monitoring to minimize risk, filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case 20-12702).   The company estimates $10 to $50 million in assets and $100 to 500 million in liabilities.
