On September 25, 2020, Cincinnati-based Layer Logic, Inc. filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 20-12408). The company reports $1,000,001 to $10 million in both assets and liabilities and less than 50 creditors. The company estimates that funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors.
