On September 28, 2020, Bouchard Transportation Co., Inc., the nation’s largest independently-owned ocean-going petroleum barge company, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (Case 20-34682).
