On August 30, 2020, Shiloh Industries, Inc., a supplier of noise and vibration solutions to the automotive, commercial vehicle and industrial segments based in Valley City, Ohio, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case 20-12024), along with several affiliates. The company reports $664.2 million in consolidated assets and $563.4 million in consolidated liabilities. A copy of the company’s petition, top 50 unsecured creditors, and board resolutions referencing DIP financing and a stock and asset purchase agreement with Grouper Holdings, LLC for the sale of substantially all of the assets and properties of the company can be found here.
