On August 28, 2020, Aftermaster, Inc. fdba Studio One Media, Inc., an audio technology company based in Hollywood, California, filed a petition for relief under Subchapter V of Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case 20-12017).  The company reported total assets of approximately $440,000 and total liabilities of approximately $7,200,000.  A copy of the company’s petition, top 20 creditors, schedules, and SOFA can be found here.
