On February 13, 2020, SpineGuard, Inc. filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 20-10332-JTD). Debtor estimates that the value of its assets is between $1-10 million, and its liabilities are also estimated to be between $1-10 million. It is presently expected that funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors. The cases have been assigned to the Honorable John T. Dorsey.
