EF Investment Holdings, Inc., a North Carolina-based company, filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 20-10255), along with affiliate Earth Fare, Inc.  The lead debtor reports $100-500 million in both assets and liabilities.  The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Karen B. Owens.
