BL Restaurants Holding, LLC, a Texas-based company, along with three affiliates, filed a petition under chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 20-10156).  The lead debtor reports $50-$100 million in assets and $100-500 million in liabilities.  The cases have not yet been assigned to a judge.
