On November 21, 2019 Bumble Bee Parent, Inc., along with four of its affiliates, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 19-12502).  The Debtor reports assets in the range of $50,000,001 – $100 million and liabilities in the range of $500,000,001 – $1 billion and an estimated 1-50 creditors.
