On October 21, 2019, Destination Maternity Corporation, along with two of its affiliates, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 19-12256-BLS). The Debtor reports total assets of $260,198,448 and total liabilities of $244,035,457, and the Debtor presently expects that funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors. The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon.
