On August 2, 2019, NovaSom, Inc. filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 19-11734-BLS). NovaSom reports assets of $1-10 million and liabilities of $10-50 million. The case has been assigned to the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon.
