Cedar Haven Acquisition, LLC, filed a petition for relief under chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 19-11736-CSS).  The Debtors report estimated creditors of between 200 and 999, assets of $1,000,000-$10,000,000 and estimated liabilities of $10,000,001-$50 million.  The cases have been assigned to Chief Judge Christopher S. Sontchi.
