Oklahoma ProCure Management, LLC (dba ProCure Proton Therapy Center) has filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 18-12622).  ProCure, a cancer treatment center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, reports an estimated $10–$50 million in assets and $100–$500 million in liabilities.  Board resolutions attached to the Petition disclose that the Debtors intend to seek approval of DIP Financing provided by Allied Health Management, LLC and will pursue a sale of assets under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.  No claims and noticing agent has been proposed.  The case has been assigned to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath.
