Legend International Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: LGDI), an Australian phosphate and fertilizer concern, has filed a chapter 11 petition before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 16-11131-BLS).  The case has been assigned to the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon.  The petition, including the list of top 30 creditors, is available here.
