Constellation Enterprises LLC and nine affiliates have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 16-11213). The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi. The operating entities among the debtors are Columbus Steel Castings Company (which has ceased operations), Steel Forming, Inc. (operating as Commercial Metal Forming), Zero Manufacturing, Inc. and Jorgensen Forge Corporation. The debtors have indicated that they are negotiating the sale of the remaining operating entities to their secured lenders through a credit bid and that they anticipate obtaining debtor-in-possession financing from their pre-petition lenders. The petitions (including the consolidated list of top 30 creditors) and first day declaration and dockets are available through Epiq. The debtors have issued a press release regarding their reorganization efforts.
