Premium Transportation Services, Inc. (f/k/a Total Transportation Services, Inc.), one of the largest delivery carriers in Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach, has filed a chapter 11 petition before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 16-10629).  The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Kevin J.
