Newbury Common Associates, LLC and 14 affiliates have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The debtors are affiliates of Seaboard Realty, LLC, a Stamford, Connecticut developer.  The cases have been assigned to Bankruptcy Judge Silverstein.  The petition for Newbury Common Associates, LLC is provided.
