Kalobios Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company that develops cancer treatments, has commenced a case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code by filing a petition for relief with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein will preside over the case.
