Parallel Energy LP, an oil and natural gas developer in Texas and Oklahoma (TSX: PLT.UN), and one affiliate have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 15-12263).  The case has been assigned to Judge Kevin Gross.  The Debtors have filed a motion to sell their assets and have identified a stalking horse bidder.  The petition, list of top 25 creditors and the first day declaration are attached.
